01 General information

M.J. Supplies supply goods only subject to these terms and any person (herein after called “The Buyer”) supplied by M.J. Supplies, (herein after called “The Company”). Accept that these terms will govern all contractual relations between them to the exclusion of any terms contained in any of the buyer’s documents even if the same purport to provide that the buyer’s own or some other terms prevail.

No employee or other person acting or purporting to act on behalf of the company is authorised to agree or effect any alteration in these terms or make or give any representation or warranty in relation to the goods save only that the company may in writing agree such alterations or amendments, make or give such representations or warranties.


02 Returns and refunds

Products purchased at our Trade Counter

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase from Trade Counter. Please bring your receipt or sales invoice with you as proof of purchase.

We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been specifically ordered, manufactured to your specification, tinted to your requirements, or equipment modified to your specific needs.

Call us on 01282 777607 or email us at [email protected] to arrange for your item(s) to be collected. Alternatively, you can return item(s) to our Trade Counter but you must bring your receipt or sales invoice and the credit or debit card used for payment or you may be declined a refund.

There is no charge for returning products to our Trade Counter. For certain products we offer a collection service. Please contact us for further details. We may charge a fee for this service (the fee will depend on the product(s) returned).


03 Exchanges

If you prefer, you can exchange a product bought at our Trade Counter, for delivery or online. This may be subject to a handling charge. More details can be found on our Terms & Conditions Page.

Please bring your receipt or sales invoice with you as proof of purchase. Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase from our Trade Counter, delivered goods or online purchases.


04 Faulty products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a rectification, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
